Ayur means ‘Life’ and with the AyurYoga massage therapy and bodywork we aim to bring you back to the original state of harmony. Based on the principles of Yoga this is a bio-mobilizing therapy to extend, lengthen and go deeper into your body tissues and layers of fascia with supportive massage, movement and stretching techniques. This is also a perfect way to go deeper into your yoga practice. We use Ayurvedic oils that suit your body constitution with a touch of aroma therapy. All our massages are infused with the healing Reiki touch. Your booking will be confirmed after completing the payment. Alternatively you can also pay cash after the session.
